Picked up these amazing Inari Sushi from a spot at Gimpo Lotte Mall and they were seriously so good! 🥢
They have 8 different flavors and I especially loved the pollock roe (mentaiko) one and the stir-fried kimchi one. The sweet fried tofu wraps everything so perfectly, and each filling has its own unique flavor profile.
The mentaiko was salty and briny, while the kimchi one had that perfect spicy-sweet balance. Every single one was a bite of heaven!
If you’re near Gimpo Lotte Mall, you have to check this place out. Highly recommend! 😋
