Terms of Service
Taste Korean Food (tastekoreanfood.com) is operated by MMG International, Republic of Korea. These terms apply when you read the site, create an account, or post anything on it. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
Effective August 13, 2026.
1. Accounts
- You may read the site without an account. An account is needed only to post, comment, or review.
- You must be old enough to hold an account where you live — at least 14 in Korea, 13 in the United States, and 16 in the EU, EEA, and UK.
- Use a real email address you control, and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will say why unless doing so would make an ongoing abuse problem worse.
2. What you post
You keep ownership of what you write and upload. By posting it here you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, and distribute it on this site and in the site's own promotion of that content. That licence ends when the content is removed, except for copies already made in backups or by search engines.
Do not post:
- Anything you do not have the right to publish, including other people's photographs and recipe text.
- Anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit.
- Impersonation of another person, or a review of a business you are connected to without saying so.
- Advertising, affiliate links, or repeated promotional posting.
- Medical advice presented as professional guidance for another reader.
We may remove content that breaks these rules. We do not review everything before it appears, so content posted by other readers is theirs and not ours.
3. Reviews and ratings
Reviews must describe your own experience. Ratings are shown only where real readers have submitted them — we do not create ratings, and a page with no reviews says so rather than showing a score. Reviews written in exchange for payment, discounts, or free goods must disclose that, and undisclosed paid reviews are removed.
4. Our content
The articles, recipes, photography, and design on this site belong to MMG International unless credited otherwise. You are welcome to cook our recipes, share links, and quote a short passage with attribution. You may not republish articles or photographs in full, and you may not scrape the site in bulk or use it to train models without written permission.
5. Food, health, and allergies
The health and nutrition material on this site — including the K-Beauty Kitchen hub and the Doctor's Nutritional Insight notes — is general information about food. It is not a diagnosis, not a treatment plan, and not a substitute for advice from your own doctor. Do not delay seeking care, or change a treatment, because of something you read here. If you are pregnant, managing a condition, taking medication, or recovering from surgery, ask your own clinician before changing your diet.
Recipes are cooked and tested in our kitchen, but your ingredients, equipment, and altitude are not ours. Check for allergens yourself, cook food to safe temperatures, and use your judgement — particularly with raw seafood, fermentation, and preserving.
6. Restaurants and other places
Details about restaurants — hours, prices, menus, addresses — change without notice and may be out of date by the time you read them. Confirm with the business before you travel. We are not affiliated with the places we write about unless the page says so.
7. Links to other sites
We link to research, official sources, and other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
8. Availability and limits
The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, MMG International is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
If you break these terms and that causes a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable cost of dealing with it.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top changes when we do, and a material change will be announced on the site. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes will be heard in the courts of the Republic of Korea. If you are a consumer in another country, this does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory law of the place you live.
