I tried making donggeurangttaeng in bulk at home! I freeze them like this and then thaw and pan-fry a batch whenever I need, which makes them super convenient as a side dish. On days when I cook in large quantities, I don’t feel tired at all—in fact, having a well-stocked fridge just makes me happy! These delicious pork donggeurangttaeng turned out so well, so if you’re craving some, come visit my place hehe 😊
