You might think it’s just regular Korean fried chicken, but Dakgangjeong is a whole different ball game. First of all, it’s completely boneless, making it dangerously easy to pop into your mouth one after another. Plus, the glaze is cooked down into a thick syrup that seals in the crispiness, meaning it actually tastes amazing even when it’s cold!
