Chuseok, one of Korea’s biggest traditional holidays, has just passed! During Chuseok, we usually have a big beef feast.

We grilled and enjoyed plenty of premium Korean beef (Hanwoo) that we received as a gift. This time, the chuck flap was especially delicious—the beautiful marbling made it incredibly tender and juicy!
