We started with some yukhoe in the middle, and then the staff grilled each piece one by one in a clockwise direction starting from the 12 o’clock position—it was such a fun and unique place! They separated the cuts that should be eaten first from those that need to be cooked longer, and grilled everything smartly in a clockwise order. Haha, it was delicious gopchang with a really interesting twist!
