There’s a famous tonkatsu restaurant in the Korean city of Busan where you usually have to wait in line, but thanks to making a reservation through the app right when it opened, I got in as the second customer! The cut included some fatty portions, and it literally melted in my mouth. Though if you eat too much, it can get a little rich!
