A Korean friend made dakbokkeumtang for me, and it was so delicious with white rice! They said they made it less spicy for me, and I really enjoyed the slightly sweet flavor too. But actually, I’m pretty good at eating spicy food haha. Next time, I want to learn how to make a spicier version myself!
