Winter means oyster season in Korea! I recently had steamed oysters and they were incredible.
Funny thing—I used to hate oysters as a kid because they tasted too fishy. Now? Total convert. Even shucking them yourself with a knife is fun! 😂
But here’s the real MVP: seafood ramen.🍜 If you eat grilled seafood in Korea, you HAVE to finish with seafood ramen. Lobster ramen, clam ramen, crab ramen—Korea has it all. The spicy broth combined with that fresh, savory seafood flavor is just incredible.
If you ever find yourself eating seafood in Korea, don’t skip the ramen finish. Trust me!
