Jeju black pork barbecue is something you must try when visiting Jeju Island! Jeju black pork originated from traditional farming methods on Jeju and developed its unique flavor while being raised in a natural environment. Today, it is bred using more hygienic and improved methods, but it still holds strong brand value. The meat has a rich flavor, minimal odor, and becomes more savory the more you chew. It’s easy to think of black pork as a richer, chewier premium pork. I got to enjoy some delicious black pork for the first time in a while!
