What kind of dish does this look like to you?

It’s steamed thinly sliced beef rolls with enoki mushrooms! Haha.

You wrap enoki mushrooms with thin slices of beef, roll them up, and steam them.

It turns into a light and clean-tasting dish like this.

Dip it in a soy sauce–based sauce and the seasoning is just perfect.

It’s also great as a diet-friendly dish!
