Just grabbed the signature cream cheese cucumber baguette from Tomoru Bakery, plus their garlic bread. And honestly? This is a whole vibe. 🥒
First, the cucumber baguette. I know cucumbers are polarizing, but I’m absolutely team cucumber! I even enjoy raw cucumber dipped in gochujang, so you know I’m a true cucumber fan. The crisp, fresh taste paired with creamy, sweet cream cheese is just perfect. The wheat bread holds it all together with this amazing depth. This is officially one of my favorite breads.
But the garlic bread? This is what I’ve been waiting for my whole life. Usually garlic bread has that uneven garlic spread situation—one bite tastes amazing, the next bite barely has any garlic. Not here! The garlic sauce is perfectly even, and the texture is crispy on the outside, soft and moist on the inside. That strong garlic flavor mixed with a touch of sweetness? Pure happiness in bread form.
