Unlike the glass noodle sundae you see at snack bars, this sundae is from a traditional sundae restaurant and is made with little or no glass noodles, using pork, blood, vegetables, and glutinous rice. It’s chewy with a rich, savory flavor. And you know it tastes amazing when you eat it with pork soup (dwaeji gukbap), right? Do you all like sundae too?

I made gimbap with brown rice, Vienna sausages, cheese, and rolled omelet! The sausages are a bit salty, so they really balanced the seasoning perfectly. It was a delicious meal!
