This is the Buldak Mayo Perilla Oil Makguksu recipe that BTS Jungkook shared, and I’m going to make it today. Sharing the recipe he revealed!

– Nutty Fire Chicken Mayo Perilla Oil Buckwheat Noodles –

Perilla oil: 4

(100% cold-pressed raw perilla oil)

Tuna sauce: 2

Fire chicken (Buldak) sauce: 1

Fire chicken mayo sauce: 1

Egg yolk: 1 (remove the stringy white part!)

(Optional: minced garlic or chili flakes if you like—but I didn’t try it)

Mix everything together and the sauce is done.

If you want a bigger portion, just increase the amounts.

Boil as much buckwheat noodles as you want.

Rinse them thoroughly in cold water to remove excess starch.

Add the sauce to the noodles to your taste.

And for topping—

Not seaweed flakes, but definitely roasted seaweed (gimjaban)!!!

Sprinkle it generously to your liking and it’s done!
