Seolleongtang is one of my favorite Korean comfort foods! It’s a hearty ox-bone soup with a rich, milky broth that’s surprisingly light and comforting. I love having it with a bowl of rice and lots of kimchi and kkakdugi on the side. So simple, warm, and satisfying! 🤍
