Different from udon or kalguksu, Janchi-guksu (Korean banquet noodles) has its own unique charm! I had some janchi-guksu, which is made with a refreshing anchovy-based broth and thin wheat noodles. The smooth texture of the thin noodles slurping down so easily was really satisfying!
