It was my first time trying galbi dumplings, which are filled with beef seasoned in traditional Korean galbi marinade. Since galbi is a favorite dish for people of all ages in Korea, I wasn’t surprised that it tasted just as delicious in dumpling form. The dumplings were already well-seasoned, so I didn’t even need to dip them in soy sauce.
