I ate a jajangmyeon topped with plenty of beef brisket at the restaurant. As expected, it tasted much better dining in than ordering it for delivery. It had been a while since my last visit, so I really enjoyed having it served hot and fresh. I’ve seen beef brisket jjambbong on many menus, but this was the first time I’d ever tried beef brisket jajangmyeon.
