When people think of Korean winter snacks, bungeoppang usually comes to mind first, but there are also gukhwappang and peanut bread. I especially love gukhwappang, so whenever I see a place that sells it, I run straight over and buy some. It has a different charm from bungeoppang—the filling is soft and fluffy, while the outer layer is pleasantly chewy.
