In the city of Daejeon in South Korea, there is a very famous bakery called Sungsimdang. I bought a cake there called the “Mango Siru.” I was lucky—maybe it was a time without a long wait—so I was able to get it in just 10 minutes!

It was the best cake I’ve had this year, and honestly, even if I include last year, it might still be the best cake I’ve eaten. The mango was extremely sweet, and it really felt like they didn’t spare any expense in using high-quality ingredients.

Do you like fruit-filled mochi? I really love them! 🥰 Especially the ones with tangerines or strawberries inside. I love regular mochi too, but I also really enjoy fruity, refreshing mochi!
