Do you like frozen pork belly? I have days when I just feel like eating it.

Frozen pork belly is pork belly that has been quick-frozen for storage, and it’s often sliced thin and grilled right away.

When you grill it while still frozen, the fat and meat cook evenly, giving it that unique chewy texture.

In the past, it was mostly seen as an affordable meat option, but these days, many people seek it out specifically for its distinct flavor and texture.

And the fried rice you make at the end with the remaining bits? That’s like a dessert for Koreans.
