A fun way to cook hobang

In Korea, hobang is often sold individually in packages so you can easily heat it up in the microwave, and the cooking instructions are written on the back. Instead of just microwaving or steaming it, you can brush it with a little oil and cook it in an air fryer, which gives it a crispy appeal. This is the perfect example of “crispy on the outside, soft and moist on the inside.” Enjoying it this way gives it a unique twist, and it tastes really good!
