Have you heard of Orzo? It looks just like Korean rice, doesn’t it? Its name means “barley” in Italian, and its shape is small and rice-like, making it look like grains of rice.
Orzo is a tiny, rice-shaped pasta that, when cooked perfectly, has a soft bite and a subtly nutty flavor. Whether in creamy risotto-style dishes, bright and refreshing pasta salads, or warm soups, Orzo offers endless possibilities.
Take a look at the second photo—it really looks just like Korean “fried rice.” Such a fun pasta shape, right?
