Hinoki-steamed dish

I made hinoki-steamed food for dinner tonight.

With a hinoki wood steamer, all you have to do is layer the ingredients inside and steam them.

As it cooks, the food absorbs the gentle aroma of hinoki wood, making it both healthy and delicious.

You can dip it in soy sauce, enjoy it with side dishes, or eat it on its own — it’s light, clean, and flavorful.

At the very bottom, the meat juices drip into the water and turn into a rich broth.

Adding kalguksu noodles to that broth makes an amazing finishing dish.
