During the Lunar New Year holiday, my family and I enjoyed a delicious meal of Jokbal together. Jokbal is a popular Korean dish made of pig’s trotters braised in a flavorful soy-based sauce with various spices.It is well-loved for its chewy, gelatinous texture and is often wrapped in fresh lettuce with garlic and spicy dipping sauce.

Jokbal lover here too! This looks absolutely delicious. I especially love pairing jokbal with makguksu noodles – the chewy trotters with cold, spicy noodles is perfection. Definitely gotta get some soon! 😋
