I went to a fusion restaurant, and they were actually serving Korean Jjapagetti! So of course, I couldn’t resist ordering it. The Jjapagetti itself was the same, but they topped it with a poached egg. Usually, we eat it with a fried egg, right? With the poached egg, both the yolk and the white were really soft, so it mixed in very smoothly when I broke it. Still, I think I prefer the original fried egg with a bit more texture haha. Does that make me a true Korean? 😄
