Korea seems to be in the middle of a Dubai craze.
Dubai chewy cookies, Dubai salt bread, Dubai glutinous rice cakesāthereās even a joke that Koreans consume more of these than people in Dubai themselves. Thatās how strong the love is.
So I tried Dubai salt bread as well. The nutty pistachio, crispy kataifi, and the salty yet soft texture of the bread came together beautifully.
