Dubai Salt Bread

Korea seems to be in the middle of a Dubai craze.

Dubai chewy cookies, Dubai salt bread, Dubai glutinous rice cakes—there’s even a joke that Koreans consume more of these than people in Dubai themselves. That’s how strong the love is.

So I tried Dubai salt bread as well. The nutty pistachio, crispy kataifi, and the salty yet soft texture of the bread came together beautifully.

Korean desserts keep evolving every day! ✨
