Raw Beef Bibimbap

I had a really delicious Yukhoe Bibimbap! Yukhoe Bibimbap is a type of traditional Korean dish called bibimbap, where raw beef (yukhoe), various vegetables, and egg are placed on top of rice and mixed with gochujang (red chili paste) or sesame oil. In other words, it’s like a regular bibimbap but with raw beef added.

The fresh, savory raw beef pairs perfectly with the crunchy vegetables, and the sesame oil and gochujang take the flavor to the next level. The soft yet chewy texture of the beef is really appealing. Even if you’re not used to raw meat, the flavorful seasoning makes it easy to enjoy.
