This is the breakfast on the second day after a warm night’s sleep~ They served ramen with slightly thick noodles and added fish cakes, and as a side, we had assorted jeon (Korean pancakes). There’s so much to eat since I came to Korea—it feels like I’m happily gaining weight!

My favorite was the dongtae-jeon made with fish. They coated the fish in egg and pan-fried it, and it was completely non-fishy and so light. They seasoned it with just the right amount of salt, so you didn’t need any dipping sauce at all. Thank you, it was delicious!
