I added udon noodles to the dakgalbi! Dakgalbi is a dish of chicken and vegetables stir-fried in a spicy sauce on a hot plate or pan. When I added the udon noodles near the end of cooking, the spicy sauce soaked into the noodles, making them chewy and full of flavor. It was so satisfying that I didn’t even need rice!
