I went to a famous galbi restaurant in Incheon, Korea, and tried the pork ribs—they were incredibly tender! Many people were also buying them as gift sets. Galbi is a dish that both foreigners and Koreans love it’s truly a food for everyone. There are various types of galbi, like beef ribs, pork ribs, and back ribs. I especially love the meat that’s attached to the bones—it has such a deep, rich flavor! You all like galbi too, right?
