Korean Spicy Roasted Pork Backbone

You’ve probably tried Gamjatang (pork bone soup) before, right? Well, this is the grilled version! These are tender pork backbones smothered in a spicy, smoky Korean red chili glaze and roasted to perfection.

The meat is so soft it just falls off the bone, and the spicy kick is addictive. It’s the ultimate Korean comfort food that goes perfectly with a bowl of rice or a cold drink. You definitely need to try this!
