Lately, I’ve been really into Dubai kataifi, so I’ve been trying all kinds of desserts made with it. I recently tried a Dubai salt bread that had Dubai kataifi as the filling. The flavor kept going back and forth between sweet and salty. The salt bread itself was savory, while the Dubai kataifi and chocolate added sweetness. However, for my personal taste, the trendy Dubai chewy cookie was even more delicious.
