Do you like baeksuk (Korean boiled whole chicken soup)?

Some people actually don’t like meat that’s been boiled in water!

I personally love baeksuk, so I eat it often—not just as a health-boosting dish. The savory rice grains soak into the broth and turn almost like porridge, and when you scoop it up, it tastes so rich and nutty. The chicken, simmered for a long time, is incredibly tender, too.
