The sauce tastes similar to the classic Tteok-kkochi (rice cake skewers) sauce, and it’s loaded with wheat rice cakes, quail eggs, and ramen noodles. It’s a dry, stir-fried style with no broth. It was my first time trying this exact version, and the flavor was absolutely amazing!
