Shabu-shabu Leftovers Turned into Comfort Kalguksu 🍲➡️🍜

We had shabu-shabu at home and ended up with a lot of leftover veggies and broth, so I threw in some noodles and turned it into kalguksu! The shabu-shabu itself was amazing, but there’s a different kind of happiness that comes when you add chewy wheat noodles and make it a super hearty bowl.

It feels like level‑up comfort food: all the flavors from the meat and vegetables are already in the broth, and the noodles just soak everything up. Honestly, this “second round” kalguksu might be my favorite part of eating shabu-shabu at home.
