This is the Pyeonbaek steamed set from a restaurant called Cheongwaok.
It includes suyuk (boiled pork), sundae (Korean blood sausage), and vegetables, all gently steamed over hinoki (Japanese cypress) wood.
The steam keeps everything moist and clean-tasting, with very subtle aromas from the wood.
It’s light, comforting, and focused on the natural flavor of the ingredients rather than heavy seasoning.
