NUDAKE

I visited NUDAKE.

They’re famous for their croissant matcha cake, but I tried a bread that looks like a rice ball instead.

I tasted ones filled with pistachio cream and pollock roe cream, and just like their fun visuals, the flavors were really interesting too.

It felt like a dessert I’d never tried before.

It was a day that delighted both my eyes and my taste buds.
