I visited Moran Market, a traditional five-day market, over the weekend. We went to an all-you-can-eat pork offal restaurant, but the food was quite rich, so the four of us only managed to finish one platter, haha. Even so, it was delicious and had no unpleasant odor at all. They served a variety of cuts, including pork skin, intestines, liver, and lungs. There were also many older people enjoying the food there.
