Hello everyone! Are you all hanging in there?
To kick off the week with some extra energy, I treated myself to a very hearty lunch.
Today’s menu!!
Namul-style pasta, stir-fried meat, spicy squid salad, vegetable tempura, black rice, a fried egg, and clam radish soup.
My pick is definitely the vegetable tempura!
Come to think of it, I feel like I eat stir-fried meat or spicy pork dishes almost every day. I guess they’re one of my all-time favorite side dishes 😄
