Do you all like mushrooms? I really like mushrooms, so I went to a popular restaurant known for its mushroom jeongol. The dish included enoki mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, and various vegetables such as napa cabbage, crown daisy, green onions, and onions. It also came with seasoned pork. As it kept boiling, the mushrooms released a deep, rich umami flavor into the broth. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a variety of mushrooms all at once.
