In a western full-course meal, dishes are served sequentially one by one, whereas Hanjeongsik (Korean style full course meal) is characterized by spatial abundance, with all dishes often served simultaneously to crate a grand table. Additionally, while Western courses focus on s single main protein, Hanjeongsik emphasizes a harmonious balance between a variety of side dishes (banchan), rice and soup
