What does it look like to you?

This is seasoned gopchang sold at a place called Jinok Gopchang, which is famous in my hometown.

The seasoning is truly unique—you won’t find this same flavor anywhere else, and it really shows what makes this place special.

It’s served with baby napa cabbage. If you put some cabbage, gopchang, ssamjang, and garlic together and eat it all in one big bite—wow!—pure happiness.
