I had another rice thief dish—duck bulgogi!
When I think of duck, I usually imagine a light and clean flavor, but it pairs really well with the spicy red marinade used for bulgogi. It also had rice cakes, potatoes, onions, and other ingredients, which made the dish feel really well balanced.
You can enjoy it with a bowl of white rice, and it’s also delicious to finish the meal with fried rice at the end!
