Hello everyone! 😊 I love Korean food and I have a lot of curiosity about it.
When I watch YouTube, I often see people grilling beef daechang (beef large intestines). Isn’t it greasy?
Everyone seems to enjoy it so much, which makes me wonder. I also hear that it tastes rich and nutty.
Grilling it together with rice cakes and potatoes looks very appetizing.
It’s one of the foods I really want to try grilling and eating when I visit Korea. Would you recommend it as well?
