It’s bibim naengmyeon and mul naengmyeon topped with beef jeon~

It’s not just a simple meat garnish—the beef is coated and pan-fried like jeon, then served on top to eat together. I wonder who first came up with this dish. Did it become a menu item because someone happened to try them together and found it delicious? It feels like food is created by those who are willing to experiment. 😊
