An airline known for great in-flight ramen

On this trip, I flew with Parata Air, which I was told is a Korean airline. The aircraft was quite large, and I heard that its in-flight meals are especially popular. The ramen and cold noodles were highly recommended, so even though it was a short flight, I decided to give them a try.

They were absolutely delicious! The dish was topped with tender abalone, and the thinly sliced green onions paired perfectly with it. It was a unique and memorable in-flight meal experience that I really enjoyed.
