I had the chance to try bread from a bakery that won the World Bakery Cup in France, and it definitely lived up to the hype! The bread had a subtle sweetness and an amazingly soft, fluffy texture. The green peas scattered throughout gave it a charming Korean twist, which I thought was both unique and adorable.
