Everyone! What’s your favorite soup?

I like seaweed soup the most. In Korea, seaweed soup is usually eaten on birthdays — there’s a saying that you should eat it on your birthday, and most people do.

I like it so much that I even make it often on regular days. The rich flavor of seaweed and beef simmered together makes a whole bowl of rice disappear in no time!
