Agwijjim is a spicy Korean seafood dish! The main ingredient is a fish called agwi (monkfish). Monkfish has tender flesh and is rich in protein. Although it has a lot of bones, the meat becomes firm and delicious when cooked. I personally love mixing it with rice and eating it that way.
